Our policy on subscription refunds, credit purchases, and billing disputes.
SiGmatry offers subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Trader) that provide access to premium features and AI-generated market analysis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
All purchases on SiGmatry are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
Refunds are only granted for verified billing errors such as duplicate charges or system issues caused by our payment processor. If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, contact us and we will investigate and refund the duplicate charge.
SiGmatry delivers AI-generated market analysis in real time. Each analysis request consumes computational resources, API calls, and AI processing — costs that are incurred the moment analysis is generated and cannot be reversed. Consumed credits and delivered outputs are non-refundable.
As stated throughout our platform, all outputs are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Refund requests based on trading performance, market outcomes, or analysis accuracy expectations will not be accepted.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain full access to your plan features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days or unused credits.
After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Your analysis history and account data are retained.
To submit a billing error refund request, contact our support team at [email protected] with your registered email address, date of purchase, description of the billing issue, and transaction or order ID if available. We will respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues directly and promptly.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
